RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

• DAMAGED GOODS: In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations, this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact our customer service department 1- 877-441-8473 or customerservice@nitrogenworld.com for assistance.
• RETURN POLICY: Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-877- 441-8473 within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus all shipping and handeling costs.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. General warranty information for each manufacturer may be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
